My session will focus primarily on Sure Step, a topic I’ve covered here many times. Microsoft has developed the Sure Step and promoted it among partners as a standard implementation methodology. It is focused on delivering clear value to the customers, but in its core it’s a ‘waterfall’ methodology. ERP investments on average reach the break-even point only after 30 months, while in the times of economic turmoil customers are looking for faster ROI. This presentation explores the benefits and risks of the waterfall and agile approaches, and how Sure Step can be put to work in a more agile environment to deliver more value in considerably shorter implementation time frames.

This name might not bring any meaning any more but our path of life crossed because of a oil and gas project on Dynamics NAV which bring you to Singapore then Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Thanks to this conference I get to know that you have advanced in your carrier.
I hope I can overcome the time different and be a participant to your talk in this conference.
All the best to you, Vjeko 🙂
@Wong: HEY! Of course I do remember you, and of course your name brings a lot of memories – the project you mention is one of my pet projects, and it is not scheduled for oblivion any time soon if you ask me! It’s nice to get in touch with you again, and I’m glad to see you here. The conference is now over, and I hope you had time to catch my presentation there! All the best to you too, Wong!
